When your employer registers you on the platform, we collect your name, mobile phone number, employee role, and assigned headquarters location.

The App collects GPS location data during your active working hours to enable field visit tracking, route logging, and distance calculation. Location tracking begins when you start your work day and stops when you end it. We do not track your location outside of active working hours.

2.3 Business Activity Data

We collect data related to your field activities including retailer visits, sales orders, tour plans, and work schedules. This data is generated as part of normal business operations.

2.4 Photos

You may capture and upload photos of retailer storefronts or product displays as part of visit documentation. Photos are stored securely and accessible only to authorised personnel.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the field sales management platform
• To track field visits and verify visit authenticity
• To calculate distances travelled and generate work reports
• To manage sales orders and retailer relationships
• To send push notifications related to work approvals, order updates, and team coordination
• To generate performance analytics for management review

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with:

• Your employer — managers and administrators within your organisation can view your work activity data
• Service providers — we use Supabase for secure database hosting and Expo for push notifications, both operating under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level database security policies, role-based access controls, and secure authentication. All data is stored on servers with enterprise-grade security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Business records including invoices and orders are retained as required by applicable tax and commercial laws. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Account Deletion Policy.
